My child lost their tooth! What do I do?
First, CELEBRATE! This is a huge milestone in your little one’s life (and in yours too)!

Can I buy just the book or the vault?
Each item is part of The Tooth Fairy Collection, they are not available for individual purchase at this time.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will ship the next day. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will ship the next business day. An email confirmation will be sent once your order has been placed.
Do you accept returns?
For sanitary reasons, we can only accept unopened products. Please contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase at Customer Care. Returns must be in new and unused condition and in the original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of delivery. For authorized returns, the purchase price will be refunded, excluding shipping charges.
How do I care for my Tooth Vault?
To care for your Tooth Vault, wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Do not use detergent or cleaning agents.

- They must place the tooth inside the pouch and put it under their pillow at bedtime.
- The Tooth Fairy will then trade the tooth for a surprise and move the tooth to the vault for safekeeping!
- They can also personalize their Tooth Vault by writing their name on the sticker provided.
- Lastly, on the Keepsake pages, record the date of each tooth lost and note other fun facts unique to your child.
